HEATING INSTRUCTIONS 

Keep Frozen. Microwave or use oven to cook

MICROWAVE

Do not remove outer plastic wrap. Heat on high for 3 1/2 minutes. Let stand 1 minute, remove plastic wrap from bowl. Heat uncovered at 50% power for 1 more minute. (Microwave times are based on a 1000 watt oven and may vary due to wattage.)

OVEN

Remove outer plastic wrap. Preheat oven to 350°F Heat plastic container uncovered on a baking sheet for 30-40 minutes.
