Get the party started with our sparkling Cake Pops!

Need:

  • Garden Lites Double Chocolate Muffins

  • Chocolate (Milk or White), or Butterscotch Chips

  • Toppings (Sprinkles, Crystal Sugar, Etc.)

  • Icing (Chocolate, Vanilla, Strawberry, etc.)

  • Lollipop sticks

  1. Prepare Double Chocolate Muffins according to microwave instructions. Let cool, then crumble. Combine with icing of your choice until well blended. Let sit in refrigerate. (2-3 hours).

  2. Melt Chocolate or Butterscotch Chips in a glass bowl in the microwave. Heat in small increments and stir until smooth.

  3. Use small scoop (or hands) to form balls of the muffin mixture. Stick lollipop sticks into balls. Dip into chocolate/butterscotch mixture. Sprinkle with toppings of your choice. Place onto tray with wax paper.

  4. Place into freezer until coating has solidified.

  5. Enjoy!
